2. Services Description

Wlixuz provides professional landscape design services in Israel, including garden design, terrace and balcony landscaping, irrigation system planning, lighting design, and maintenance services.

Our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without liability to you or any third party.

3. Project Agreements

All landscape design projects require a signed agreement that outlines specific terms, conditions, project scope, timeline, and payment terms. These project-specific agreements form a binding contract between Wlixuz and the client.

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment schedule is as follows:

• 50% deposit upon signing the project agreement
• 25% payment at the midpoint of the project
• 25% final payment upon project completion

For specific payment arrangements, please refer to your individual project agreement.

5. Project Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the agreed project scope must be submitted in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Cancellation policies:

• Cancellation prior to project commencement: 25% of deposit may be retained for administrative costs and preliminary work
• Cancellation during project implementation: Payment will be due for all work completed to date plus a 15% cancellation fee on the remaining contract value

6. Intellectual Property

All landscape designs, plans, drawings, and specifications created by Wlixuz remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the design for the specific property only.

Wlixuz reserves the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, while respecting client privacy.

7. Website Usage

The content on our website is for general information purposes only. We strive to provide accurate information, but we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information.

You may not:

• Use our website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Use our website to transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Collect or harvest any information from our website without our consent
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of our website

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

For plant materials, we offer a limited warranty of 90 days from installation, provided proper maintenance guidelines are followed. This warranty does not cover damage from acts of nature, improper care, or pest infestations.

For hardscape elements and irrigation systems, warranties vary by component and manufacturer. Specific warranty information will be provided in your project documentation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wlixuz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any delay or inability to use our website.

Our total liability for all claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
